Plains Presbyterian Church (PPC) is part of the Southeast Louisiana Presbytery and is the largest member of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) in Louisiana. The congregation is made up of both blue & white collar workers, farmers, cattlemen, retirees and homemakers. Students at PPC attend public, private and home schools. In addition to Zachary, our congregation also draws its members from several surrounding cities and towns including Baton Rouge, St. Francisville, Clinton, Jackson, Slaughter and Baker.The Sunday services at Plains are liturgical and traditional in style. Each service begins with three assembly songs led by our praise band. The music during the two morning services consists of variations of organ, piano, choir, handbells and other instrumental ensembles.
