Our aim is to give our customers as pleasant an experience as we can in providing solutions to their computer problems. Traditionally computer techs tend to be somewhat "stand-offish" towards the general public who are not computer savvy. We realize that computers have become an almost standard appliance in many households. Computers often seem very mysterious in their operation. We do our best to bridge that gap and help customers through their computer problems.
