A proper evaluation of the work takes time to put together and must include complete details of existing roof conditions, potential problems, maintenance ideas and re-roofing solutions. We, as the roofer, must inform the buyer of all product capabilities, cost tradeoffs, along with the differences between warranties and guarantees to insure proper performance of the roof system throughout the contracted time limits.
