Welcome to La Moderna Bakery. Martha and Guillermo first opened the doors in 1977. Thirty-six years later we are still here with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren helping. We are located in Whittier, CA and are known mostly for our tamales and mexican pastries. We also make Carnitas, Chicharrones, Salsa, and Menudo and Guacamole on Saturday and Sunday.All of our items are made fresh daily.
