At Adamant Cellars we craft elegant wines through an uncompromising process that retains the integrity of the grapes and their vintage.Our creation process naturally captures the essence of select grapes and the soil from which they were grown for wines of supple and drinkable quality.Adamant Cellars is a product of a 20-year dream. With my passion for winemaking, my wife Debra and I created Adamant Cellars in the summer of 2006 and moved into our larger facility at the Walla Walla airport November 2011.
