The Wabash County Bowen Center is open M & F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.; TWTH 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Bowen Center has been in Northern Indiana since 1961 and is a not-for-profit organizaton offering the community a wide variety of services including: counseling, workshops, psychiatric services, and other educational services.
