Jim and Shanna Burgardt (Owners), would like to welcome you to the their latest restaurant venture Pizagel{s Pizza & Bakery. Starting with their business{s name change, retooling their floor space and menu, adding a bar with wine and beer on tap, adding a flat screen TV, and extending their hours... they are finally able to share Jim{s master plan of transforming Bagel Express (which first opened it{s doors in 1994), into Topeka{s BEST Pizzeria and Bakery Cafe.
