We are making an effort to present you with information regarding our office, doctors, root canal procedures and staff.Our doctors travel from their Austin practices and are here on Mondays-Wednesdays. Dr. Doughty is here on Mondays and Tuesdays 8-5 and Dr.Heggen is here on Wednesdays 8-5. Our business office is open on Thursdays 8-5 and Friday 8-12 to assist you with any questions.As a courtesy to our patients, we file all insurances. We are in network with United Concordia ONLY. Meaning, we have and agreement with United Concordia to follow their fee schedule. We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company before coming to our office so that you are aware of your insurance coverage. If you do have dental insurance, your estimated portion is due at the time treatment is started.We accept checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express and offer a 5% discount for cash. We also accept Care Credit. If you do choose to use Care Credit, you will be responsible for filing your insurance.
