ohn was born and grew up in Canterbury, England, where he attended the King{s School Canterbury. After leaving King{s, John emigrated to the United States where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Spanish) and Juris Doctor degree (with honors) from the University of Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991.
