Ratliff Roofing was established by Clovis Ratliff in 1953. Based out of Milledgeville, Clovis installed roofing and insulation throughout northwestern Illinois. His son Terry began to work for the family business in 1975. Clovis retired in 1998 at which time he passed the company down to Terry. The business was then expanded to include siding, soffit, fascia, carpentry, windows, and wood decks and was given the name Ratliff Roofing and Construction, Inc. After over 60 years, this small family owned and operated business continues to dutifully serve the northwestern Illinois region with dependable service.
