Stamford Florist has been servicing Stamford and its surrounding areas for over 35 years. A real florist that is locally owned and operated.James Ferraro, the owner, is a Stamford native and started working at the florist when he was a teenager. In his 20s, he was asked to take over the business. He gladly accepted and Stamford Florist has flourised ever since. We have expanded by opening a second shop on Shippan Avenue adjacent to the Bosak Funeral Home. Just as you do, we turn to our neighbors for services and products. Whenever possible, we choose to do business with other locally-owned and operated businesses. We chose to work with the Bosak Family who are invested in the commmunity and whom you can count on to understand and provide for your needs. We work very closely with both of their family owned and operated funeral parlors in town, Bosak Funeral Home and Downers Funeral Home, this ensures that every detail of your tribute to your loved one will be carried out with great care. We now provide gourmet fruit baskets, delicious handmade truffles, a variety of balloon bouquets, stuffed animals, and much more. In our continued effort to be your ideal one-stop gift shop, we are now also carrying wine and champagne as a finishing touch to any gift.
