All new hires undergo a complete orientation and training process.Meyer Roofing also offers an ongoing, certified Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training (BAT) program through the United States Department of Labor. This is a 6-year comprehensive training program which includes instruction in the classroom, as well as in the field.
