Arizona Comfort Systems has a long history in the Sierra Vista and Cochise County area. Started in 1987, as Yardy’s Custom Sheet Metal Heating & Cooling by Mark and Denise Yardy and sold to a long time friend and business associate Jim Ruby. Jim and Janet Ruby reorganized and understanding the growth potential and economic opportunities of the community and dedicated their resources to expand and grow the business to meet the local needs.Arizona Comfort Systems replaced Yardy’s Heating & Cooling in 2001. “We felt it was time for a change not only in attitude with our employees but to send a message to the community that there was indeed a change in the business and philosophy”!. The name “Arizona Comfort Systems” says it all, “We believe in comfort, we believe in quality and we believe the customer should receive the value they are paying for. More than that, we believe that the customer is our future and since we live in Arizona, we should design our systems for Arizona and its specific climate requirements.”
