In 1946, in the small town of Scottsdale, Arizona, a plumbing company was established. Arthur L. Bratzel was the founder of Scottsdale Plumbing. Began as a small business, operating out of a two-story building on 2nd Street just west of Scottsdale Road, the plumbing company greeted customers from the lower level while the owners resided above. Unique in its time, Scottsdale Plumbing offered a parts counter and quaint showroom which featured a complete line of products and fixtures.
