After being an English teacher and small business owner, Erin Benford started working in real estate in 2003. It was a natural, having purchased and sold properties with her husband, beginning when they were in college. Working first for Windermere Silicon Valley Properties, followed by six years at Alain Pinel Realtors, Erin and then team partner son, Jeffrey Benford, moved to the Willow Glen office of Sereno Group Real Estate. They were very excited in 2012 to be in the new Willow Glen office of a innovative real estate company, located on Lincoln Avenue at Willow Street; and after all these years, Erin is still very happy to be part of Sereno. One of the Sereno highlights is their 1% for Good program, contributing to the local community
