Established in 2002, Chestnut Bakery offers a variety of cakes, fillings, pastries, breads and cookies. Based in San Francisco, Calif., it offers a variety of wedding cakes, including traditional three tiered, devil{s food cake layered with dark chocolate mousse and vanilla sponge cake layered with lemon curd. The other cakes offered on a daily basis include airy mousse cakes, old fashioned carrot cakes, triple berry mousse, chocolate paradise and mango cheesecake. Most of its bread varieties range from traditional French baguettes to Kalamata olive sourdough. The assortment of muffins, scones, puff pastries are offered with banana loaves, pecan coffee cakes, and lemon pound cakes.
