We warranty your new jewelry and any stones that are both purchased and set by us against loss of the stones for one full year from the date of purchase. Replacement stones and the labor to reset them will be performed at no charge to you.We will size your jewelry once free during the first year. Rings, chains, and bracelets included. Certain exclusions apply due to the nature of some modern materials and setting styles which cannot be sized or altered. Lengthening chains and bracelets will incure a fee for the added materials. Inquire for details regarding your specific item and the costs involved prior to purchase. Some items will need to be sent back to the manafacturer. These items may incure additional shipping fees.
