Mr. & Mrs. Ray Koenig moved to the farm in 1956.It started as a 70 acre truck farm, and they had approximately 550 apple trees and approximately 500 peach trees in their orchard.The family raised strawberries (started u-pick berries in early 60{s), black and red raspberries, sweet corn, peppers, tomatoes (approx. 20,000 plants during last years farming), sweet potatoes, cabbage, cantaloupe, watermelon, pumpkins, cucumbers, green beans, 5 varieties squash.
