Counseling Services, Inc. is a non-profit, comprehensive community mental health agency serving children, adults and families suffering with serious mental health and substance abuse problems. The agency also provides York County{s only 24/7 mental health Crisis Response Services. CSI clinics are located in Biddeford (Thacher Brook Business Park), Sanford (Goodall Hospital), Springvale, Kittery, and Westbrook.
