My family and I moved to the North State from Southern California in November of 1991.I left a beautiful lake community called "Spring Valley Lake" and my Real Estate Career, to bring my children here to be able to live a better life. Shasta County is amazing with all of its beauty and the people here are so great.I fell in love with Redding the first time I came here in 1978 for a house boat trip. I was turning 21 and wanted to go bar hopping around Lake Shasta, after all, the brochure showed the Tail of the Wail Restaurant and Bar overlooking Lake Shasta. I thought that was one of many bars around the lake (at that time it was the only one)!Instead, with no bars to hop, I came to love the peacefulness and beauty of Lake Shasta and the dream of living here never ended.
