Hinzerling Winery is the oldest family owned and operated winery in Yakima Valley. Hinzerling is located the city of Prosser in the Yakima Valley of Washington State.On August 1, 2001 we opened the Vintner{s Inn at Hinzerling Winery a small country inn dedicated to the enjyment of Yakima Valley food, wines and microbrews. The Inn features two B&B rooms.The Wallace family, came from the Seattle area ( about 200 miles west of Prosser), in 1972 and planted a pioneering 23 acre vineyard 6 miles north of Prosser on the Roza Irrigation District.
