Desert Wind Winery produces approximately 30,000 cases of wine each year, using estate-grown fruit from 580 acres of vineyards in Eastern Washington s Wahluke Slope AVA. The company s most widely distributed wine is a Bordeaux-style red blend called Ruah. It also produces other wines, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chardonnay and Dessert Wine Ora. Desert Wind Winery s facility includes a tasting room, gift shop, a private event facility, a restaurant, demonstration kitchen and four overnight guest rooms.
