DiPrima Dolci Italian Bakery and Café was opened on June 13, 2002, by Patricia DiPrima as a tribute to her Sicilian heritage and her parents, Josephine and Francisco DiPrima. Since then, it has come to be the definitive Italian bakery in Portland, serving traditional pastries, savory dishes and pizza.
