Cynthia Harwood has over twenty years of design experience. She studied at Parson’s School of Design in New York City. She has served on the boards of the Portland Museum of Art and the Historical Society of Maine. Cynthia has been in the design business for over 15 years and has owned her own firm for seven. Her work includes design and architecture consultation for homes, professional offices and hotels throughout the country. She continues to develop and refine her design acumen at the Boston Design Center and the D and D Building in New York City.Cynthia’s design philosophy integrates her enthusiasm and expertise in design with a commitment to listen to and fulfill her client’s preferences and vision. Cynthia enjoys integrating eclectic styles to develop a successful outcome. Her knowledge of art history and extensive travel experience allows her to offer a wide variety of options and design choices to her clients. She looks forward to working closely with her clients by making herself available during all phases of the project. Communication with her clients ensures that their vision is fulfilled completely to their satisfaction.
