Elegance In Meats.Since 1983, the Manacek family, owners of Elegance in Meats have built their reputation by supplying their customers with the finest quality fresh meats, catering and prepared foods on the Northshore.In the meat department we sell only prime and choice beef, veal, lamb, pork and only fresh grade A poultry. Each customers order is carefully hand trimmed and freezer wrapped to your specification.In our frozen foods department we offer side dishes, soups, appetizers and main entrees, all of which are made on the premises in our commercial kitchen.At lunch time people are lined up to get a hot lunch, bowl of soup or chili or a sandwich at our deli, or to build a fresh salad at our giant salad bar.
