We are experts on large Jumbo loans, and have a specialized Reverse mortgage division.We are experts on Jumbo residential loans and self employed borrowers with thick and complicated tax returns. We offer Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Jumbo and Reverse mortgages. We also allow co-signers to help borrowers qualify for a home mortgage that they may not qualify for on their own. We currently have access to a little known program that allows a buyer to purchase a home for half price (unbelievable, but true!) This program is currently only available for Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, Teachers (pre-kindergarden-12th) and Emergency Medical Technicians.
