They catered to what I was looking for.- Other jewelers referred us to rings that did not fit the style that we were searching for. The other jewelers seemed to disregard my requests while the salespeople at Diamonds by Chainary seemed to direct me to the exact piece that fit the engagement ring of my dreams.2. The salespeople were knowledgeable- Because I was looking for a Sapphire/Diamond engagement ring (I wanted this before Kate Middleton by the way) all of the several other jewelers would refer us to the sapphire birthstone rings. It was ONLY the salesperson at Diamonds at Chainary that told us that we should not  look at birthstone rings. He informed us about putting a sapphire in a setting.  3. The salespeople were very personable and accommodating- They greeted us with smiles and handshakes and welcomed our questions and gave us enough time to make up our minds.  They even saved our setting and stone for a few days until we made our final decision on the ring.  That is proof of how accomodating this jeweler is!
