Neil Binder is an expert in residential real estate investment and strategy, having specialized in residential real estate for more than 30 years, initially by developing investment products for partnerships and then as principal and co-founder of The Bellmarc Companies.Raised in Beechhurst, Queens, where he attended public school, Neil graduated from Syracuse University and later earned his MBA from New York University. Neil first worked as a Certified Public Accountant before founding The Bellmarc Companies with his former partner in 1979.
