Janet W. Jones, has a solid HR generalist background having served 18 years as Director of HR for the Morris School District where she was responsible for recruitment of all professional, technical and ancillary staff. She has an extensive background in employee relations and union negotiations and an expansive repertoire in grievance arbitration at all levels. She has trained leaders in contract implementation, sexual harassment and team building and has been responsible for new staff orientation. In addition, she is a personal coach. Further, Janet has written employee handbooks, position descriptions and policies pertaining to HR and coordinated evaluation and performance appraisal procedures for all employee levels. From October 2004-June 2005, she served in Lesotho, Southern Africa for the Clinton Foundation as the co-leader with her husband, James, to develop a comprehensive plan for Lesotho to distribute medications across the country. Janet’s focus was to review the human resources system specifically administered by the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare and to advise the government in that area in preparing the plan.Dr. Jones is the owner and Managing Partner of CorporateMatch, LLC.
