The goal of the work we do here at One Heart Counseling Center is to help you integrate all parts of you are and be in alignment with human nature and our individual gifts. We do this through individual therapy, child therapy, adolescent therapy, family counseling, couples counseling, and art therapy services. We serve Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach.
