The finest "QUE" comes from Kentucky, as we all know. Our style of cooking was handed down from a 3rd generation master from Eastern Kentucky. We use only the finest quality Pork, Beef, and Chicken, which is slowly smoked using real hickory wood, then lightly topped with our signature bar-b-q sauces. Louisville Magazine’s readers poll have voted us “Best of Louisville“ for both our BarBQ and Ribs for no less than 9 times.
