From the Sunday morning that you replied to my inquiry, to the constant follow-up and follow-through, to the excellent communication and fair pricing, I have been more than merely impressed. I won’t carry on here because I want you to feel free to give my email to anyone who would like to hear personally from me. I will take the time to do the right thing for you, because you and your people have taken the time to do the right thing by me. One short example, I’ll share is that I had no less than 3 plumbers come in to fix a problem the original installation plumber created by improperly installing numerous very high-end fixtures in four new baths. They all failed. As you know, your guy Brian not only figured the problems in one morning but fixed those that he could. Then, the research and calls you made to the European company to obtain the parts for the rest were just added evidence that you are not only immensely qualified but you deeply care about doing things right.
