Paradigm Sports, Inc., is a privately held company formed in 1993 to conduct the business of manufacturing, marketing and selling self-propelled, electric powered golf bag carts (motorcaddies). In March 1994 Paradigm announced the acquisition of the MinKota Electric Golf Caddie product line from Johnson Worldwide Associates (JWA) Johnson Fishing Division. In march 1995 Paradigm changed the product name to the ClubRunner Motorcaddie.
