Lamar Christian Church has a very long history in the lamar area being the first church established in Lamar in the late 1800s. Despite its long history, the church has refused to stay stuck in the past or content living with past accomplishments. Today we are a vibrant church seeking to reach the people in our culture and time. We will always stay faithful to the Word of God as our source of truth and direction, but we will use what ever methods possible to reach people and help them know Christ.
