Dr Francesco was born and raised in Prince George British Columbia, Canada. At a young age he procured his dual citizenship, as his mom is an American citizen. Dr. Sinopoli moved to Crestview, Florida when he was sixteen with his family where he graduated from high school and went on to get his associate of arts degree from the University of West Florida. Dr. Sinopoli then went on to the University of Western States earning his Bachelors of Science in Human Biology as well as his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Upon graduation, Dr. Sinopoli moved to Reno, Nevada for an associate position at a chiropractic clinic to put his new education to work. After practing for a year he decided it was time to open his own practice and came to Kingman, Arizona to do so with his lovely partner Dr. Baker.In his spare time, Dr. Sinopoli enjoys just about any fun activity that he can find to participate in from running mud runs such as the Tough Mudder and warrior dash to hanging out on the mountain snowboarding and surfing in the ocean. Dr Sinopoli loves combining his personal knowledge of athletics along with his professional training to help all levels of athletes as well as people who want to get their health on track.
