About Us... The Great Plains Safety & Health Organization is a resource available to Central Nebraska business who are seeking ways to provide safe work environments for their employees, control accident costs, and meet a myriad safety regulatory requirements. It is lead by a Board of Directors with business and safety professionals who believe that the safety needs of the community are best met from within the community. This philosophy incorporates the idea that safety training can be specifically tailored to local needs, provided more timely and at less expense to local businesses. The purpose of the Great Plains Safety & Health Organization is to promote safety, health and environmental responsibility by providing affordable professional education, support and advice to businesses, organizations, and individuals. The Great Plains Safety & Health Organization will assist members and nonmembers comply with or exceed OSHA, community and internal company safety, and health requirements.
