While Po{s Dumpling Bar is fairly new to the 39th Street dining scene, Po and Rita Hwang are no strangers to the kitchen. They have been cooking for families for over 30 years. Po{s family originally owned a noodle factory in Tawian. At the early age of eight years, Po was learning how to make noodles from scratch, as they now proudly practice in the kitchen here for your delight.Po and Rita settled in the United States owning authentic Chinese restaurants which held high acclaim by critics and customers in locations such as Memphis, TN and New Orleans, LA. It is our honor to serve Kansas City, MO and we take great pride in our homemade dishes and excellent service.
