In 1945 James Middlebrooks established Middlebrooks Electric in Benton, Arkansas. Although there were not many electrical devices in 1945, James started working on TV’s and radios and as people began to get electricity in their homes he would install the electrical wiring for them. In 1956 James married Bobbi Web. Bobbie answered the business phone and was the bookkeeper for Middlebrooks Electric. James and Bobbi had 2 sons Greg and Allen Middlebrooks, that began working in the family business at an early age. After graduating from High School in 1979 Greg began full-time work. Greg has his Master Electrical license and Class A HVAC (heating and ventilation) license, and he also has his State Contractors license and is the President of Middlebrooks Electric, Inc. In 1982 Allen graduated High School and joined the family business. Allen also has his Master Electrical license and is the Vice President of Middlebrooks Electric, Inc. Allen is in charge of estimating and oversees the electrical crews. Greg is in charge of HVAC estimating and oversees the heating/ac and the data communication technicians.James and Bobbi Middlebrooks recently went to be with the Lord leaving Greg and Allen to run the family business. The values and beliefs which this company was founded over 68 years ago will continue with God at our foundation. Middlebrooks Electric is a Christian-based company and has been operating since 1945 only by the grace of God.
