In 1961, Robert Mitchell started Mitchell Electrical Company. The company was incorporated on July 1, 1971 under the name Mitchell Electrical, Inc. with Robert Mitchell as President, Don Gigerich as Vice President, and approximately 18 employees. The company was first located on Grand Avenue in Hot Springs and later moved its offices to the ABT (Regions) Bank building in downtown Hot Springs.
