Heartland Veterinary Clinic P.A. is owned and operated by Dr. Tim Parks. HVC opened in August of 1998 with the purchase of a then existing veterinary practice. With the transition came new faces, new services and new views on animal health care and animal health products. In August of 2000, HVC moved to its current location in the Holton Industrial Park. The current facilities offer affordable yet technologically advanced animal care and convenience to clients for amenities in the surgical room.At the Heartland Veterinary Clinic, P.A., Dr. Timothy Parks and staff strive to provide high quality, compassionate and conscientious care driven by the purpose of maintaining and enhancing the human-animal bond with the companion animal and assisting the large animal producer in the success of the livestock industry.
