Since 2000, when Freedom Lending first began meeting the mortgage needs of homeowners in both Nebraska and Iowa, we believed we were offering a level of service that was above established standards. Once people in neighboring Colorado started asking about us, we realized there was a genuine need that stretched beyond our established service area. The constant flood of referrals led us to seek and receive approval to service Colorado in 2005.
