Due to replanting of a large portion of our estate Chardonnay, "George{s Hill", we sourced from another aging Chardonnay Vineyard located just about ten minutes drive. It has also since been pulled out for replanting due to low yields.The vineyard is green farmed, using only natural products for fertility and pest control. This wine is crisp, with a nose of apple and spice, while the precise palate provides a clean, pure and well-balanced Chardonnay.
