Grand Island NE 68803 About Us... Community Health Charities of Nebraska (CHC-NE). CHC-NE is a statewide fundraising federation dedicated to improving the health and wellness of all people. Our volunteers raise money through workplace payroll deduction campaigns, corporate matching funds and Foundation contributions to benefit our 17 member health agencies. CHC-NE focuses on health issues and represents non-profit health agencies. Member agencies are at the forefront of scientific research as well as patient care, public programs, professional education and support services.
