At Memorial United Methodist Church, we believe that we are each on a unique faith journey. The goal of our faith journey is spiritual maturity, seen most clearly as an increase in the fruit of the spirit (including love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control) in our words, actions and attitudes. We honor our distinct history both internationally and locally and follow the guidance of The United Methodist Church to have “Open Hearts, Open Doors and Open Minds.” We hear a calling from Christ to reach out in service, particularly to the poor and the least of these. Having strong relationships with each other as a church family is important. As we grow in our discipleship, we support one another on their own journeys.
