Hello! I{m JP Alonso, founder of EdgeAutosport.com. I started this company for two reasons. I have a passion and I saw a need. I am an automotive enthusiast myself and at some point in my past, I recognized that the aftermarket industry lacked quality customer service, plain and simple. There were very few times that I called a manufacturer or retailer and felt like they cared about me spending my money with them. I was constantly treated like I was already supposed to know the answers to my questions and was treated like an idiot if I didn{t. When it costs as much as it does to modify a car these days, this type of customer service is not only unacceptable but it should be embarrassing to any company who cannot provide a halfway decent experience.
