Allegany County{s first winery! Charis Winery, Inc. has opened its doors.Our new winery is located at 17 Howard Street at the Canal Place Shops in the downtown area of Cumberland, Maryland.Charis Winery Inc. will produce a varity of grape wines such as Chancellor,Barbera, white wines, etc. and fruit wines like Peach, Cranberry, Blueberry, Strawberry and more. In 2015 Charis will be adding our Honey Mead Series to our selections. Charis Wines will be sold under the Charis and Crazy Monkey Wine brands at the winery and at wine shops throughout Maryland.
