Through the years there have been lots of changes around here. We got rid of the hats and aprons. I don{t know how many times the Smoke House shirts have been changed. We added on to the building. We{ve expanded our variety of delicious items on the menu. Most of the time, we keep 25-30 employees. (Our kids are still here... but now we have grandkids!!!) And I{ll have to admit, Lola and I may have changed some too
