Established in 1963, we have been happy to serve the Cleveland, TN area for over 47 years. The bake shop is now in its third generation of ownership. Grandfather Bradley Gilbert opened the shop. He passed it onto his son Edward Gilbert. Now Edward{s two sons, Scott and Eddie Gilbert, take care of the shop and our customers. Being a family run bakery helps us to remember who we are here to take care of; our wonderful customers. We are always glad to have old friends and new ones stop by.
