Coast Physical Therapy is owned and operated by Chad Layland PTA and Kevin Vaughn, MPT, OSCS. They are both graduates of Loma Linda University and have owned Coast since 1998. Their vision is to provide the highest quality of patient care and customer service by using evidence-based protocols to ensure efficient patient outcomes.
