Lightman & Manochi has also developed a proven expertise in representing clients in medical and other professional practice breakups; real estate zoning matters; and general corporate matters including business formation, termination and dissolution, business asset sales and business funding arrangements and employee relations. The firm’s clients include national, regional and local businesses, financial institutions, professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals. The firm currently consists of three attorneys from diverse backgrounds, as well as paralegals and other support staff.
